My Tuesday

My name is Marcelle, it has been fifty days since my last real cup of strong coffee and today .... I made french roast/ french pressed coffee!!!! I think I stopped blinking after my first cup. My community is in heaven. The Petersons, fellow parishioners from Carrollton, came to Chimbote on business for Ada Cuadros (www.maple.com) and offered to bring anything that I might have forgotten. Naturally I took full advantage of the situation and had my sister and mother fill an entire suitcase full of coffee, chocolate, household items and clothing. I plan to make a cheesecake tonight and possibly with the newly acquired coffee I just might achieve nirvana. Christmas has come early. Thanks so much to the Petersons & my family, we love you all!
