For the sake of all the parents of missionaries in Chimbote, relatives and friends that are checking this blog, we are fine. We did not feel any effects from the earthquake in Chile and we are at no risk for tsunami waves. We will be on our annual week long retreat starting tomorrow in a house next to the Pacific Ocean. The water has receded there, so we are told to exercise some caution if we decide to swim in the ocean. Thank you for your concern.
