Just a quick note, city water came back to the house on December 17 th . Yea. We were only without water for three weeks. Below are pictures from the beach about 30 minutes up the road. We celebrated Courtney’s 23rd birthday this past weekend by camping on the beach with the community and some of her Peruvian friends.

- I am a 1997 graduate of the University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX with a double degree; Bachelor in Music Flute Performance and Bachelor of Science in Nursing. From 1997 to 2009, I was employed as a hospital nurse. I am taking 2 years (2009-2011) to learn the Spanish language and explore Nursing in a community health setting while growing in faith and experiencing the beauty of living abroad as a lay missionary in Peru.
